Office Assistant not working

Exchange 5.5, office 2003

I can set up the office assistant but it does not reply to any incoming
internal or external emails. it was working last week but something must have
changed. Does anyone have any ideas. I would really appreciate it

i evan installed the user on a different system and the problem still
fallows him. looks like the problem is on the server but what???? thanks
 
Start Outlook with the /cleanrules switch and recreate the rule.
