Office Assisant, Strange Phrases

Hi, My office assistant has popped a few strange phrases, eg: "Do not dive
into murky water" and "if you do your best whatever happens will be for the
best"

These seem to periodically pop up with an ok button in the speech bubble.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me??

You downloaded something goofy. That would tick me off if my computer
started spitting out pithy sayings.

specific that i have recently.

Somewhere in the controls for the Office Assistant, there is a "Tip of the
Day" option check box. Some of the tips are actually useful; others are "Do
not run with scissors" and the like. A little Microsoft humor.
