I get an error message, "vbe.dll was unable to register itself in the system
registry."

I have installed this software in Win98, NT, Win2K Pro, WinXP Home, and
WinXP Pro with no problems in the past. WinVista has an issue with it. Any
ideas why? Thanks.

make sure you install as administrator, even though you have admin account
you don't always have full priviledge, i'm running it on my system so i know
it works
