Office 2007 : User interface

My Office 2007 suite came with the French user interface only.
(I am living in France but I am not French).

Can I change this user interface into English ?
It is impossible for me to work with a French Office package.

I appreciate all the help that you can give me.

My problem is the other way around :
- I have a localised version
and
- I want to make it an original English version

For Office 2007 that is the same issue (in the technical sense) although I'm
not sure if there is also an English language pack available. You might want
to contact Microsoft directly on that or ask about the possibilities to get
a localized CD set.

How can I revert my Office 2007 user interface back to the Office 2003 format?

The ribbon is not my cup of tea.

I want to be able add all of the old buttons that I used all of the time in
one place without having to click around the header of the program.

You can't "revert". You can try add-ins that mimic the old style toolbars.

I suggest you try the 2007 Style Ribbons,. They have been around for quite
some time now and many users who were reluctant about them have now
discovered the new ease of use to be of benefit.
