"The Office Shortcut Bar is not available in Microsoft Office 2007 or
Microsoft Office 2003. However, you can use the Start menu in Microsoft
Windows XP to start an Office program or to open a file or a folder.
Additionally, you can use the Quick Launch bar in Windows XP or in Microsoft
Windows 2000 to start an Office program or to open a file or a folder."
As far as a single icon you could click on and then open any of the
programs - what you seem to be describing sounds like nothing more than
either the Office Shortcut Bar (above) or a file folder with all the
shortcuts in it (essentially what the start menu is. hah)
Three different individuals have advised you three separate times that what
you desire is not possible.
Persistent acts in futility waste time and lead nowhere. Uninstall and
reinstall all you wish. The only thing you will learn is that what you
thought you saw ("a icon that u cold click and open any the programs"), if
you find it in the first place, is not what you thought it would do.
