Office 2003

I installed Microsoft Office 2003 and cannot create, reply
or forward email. I am receiveing the error message "The
messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the
problem persists, restart Outlook. I have applied all of
the updates for Office 2003.

I'm having the exact same problem...same message. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling, as well. No help!
