Office 2003 to 2007 upgrade - Outlook Calendar reminders gone

Hi guys. I just upgraded to Office 2007 on my WinXP home edition. All my
appointments transferred OK but I dont get reminders anymore. I checked
under the Calendar options for and reminders is set. Any ideas of what might
be wrong or to check. Thanks for any help.

Describe your "upgrade" process in detail. Include how you configured your
mail profile to access the data store.

No mail profile was setup. This PC is not connected to the Internet and the
Outlook on this PC is used for the Calendar function only. After installing
Office 2007, the first time I started Outlook it went through its setup where
I did not setup a mail account. I dont remember exactly what all the prompts
were but I probably selected the default (except for the mail setup).

Outlook cannot run without a mail profile. Outlook cannot access PSTs
withouth a mail profile. A mail profile and a mail account are not the same
thing.

Create a new mail profile with the Mail applet in Control Panel and connect
it to your PST. You don't need to define an account. See this:

Me bad. I guess the migration took my profile from Office 2003 settings. I
see my Calendar with all my appointments in it from the old Calendar I just
dont get any reminders for those migrated appointments. I checked and the
appointments do have reminders in them.
