Office 2003 - Rockey vanishes

On openning Outlook (or other progs with assistants) sometimes say 1 in 5 my
chosen assistant - Rockey - has been replaced by ClipIt who I notice is
default.

What I have I done wrong please?

Other than actually using the animated annoyances.. I mean assistants in
Microsoft Office?

You could uninstall all of the assistants BUT Rocky..
