Office 2003 Repair fails - missing ZF561407.CAB

I seem to have lost the News reader menu item and cannot find it in the
Customize menu's anymore.
So I tried to Repair my Office installation using the CD, and after
about a third of the "progress-bar" the application claims it can't find
ZF561407.CAB. I have searched the CD and cannot find it either. What do
I do?

PS. Sorry for the cross-post - I'm not sure weather the Setup group is

Harry Thompson is a genius! My Outlook crashed and I was locked out of
several important emails. I was having the missing file problem and
could not get it corrected by repair or reinstall. I even took my
computer to the Geek Squad and they could not fix it. I downloaded the
file that Harry found and that solved the problem. Thanks again Harry!
