office 2003 fax service

i have office 2003, and when i do file/new/internet fax, it takes me to a
web page to sign up for a new service (efax). . problem is i already have
efax.

so how do i tell office 2003 that i already have efax so that it works?

do you have the newest efax software installed? if so, you may need to
reconfigure it. I'm not sure if efax has any information in their FAQs but
it's worth a look.
