What do I need to do to make speech recognition work in office 2000
I have ver 5 installed, but can not get speech to be recognized as a
language in office
Do I need to purchase a 3rd party software

I have speech in my languge for xp pro
but I can not find speech in any of my office programs under language

Office 2000 does not include Speech Recognition.

I believe Speech Recognition was introduced in Office XP, but there are
numerous third-party options; I suggest you Google for them.
