I have produced an XL spreadsheet on my home computer using VISTA and office
2007, however I need to use it in an Office 2000 version spreadsheet on my
office computer.

Is there a patch or TAG I can download on my office computer which will
allow me to open 2007 in 2000?

You'll have much better luck getting possible resolutions if you ask your
question in a discussion group for Office, rather than in this .NET
programming group.
