Office 2000 post Sp3 hotfix

Does anyone know where I can get this hotfix? I am having a problem with
Outlook 2000 and need to get this acoording to an KB article.

Please advise

ps - if the article states that you must call MS's product support group,
you must call them. odds are in your favor that they won't charge you for
the fix since you did the leg work and identified problem/resolution.
