Off line folder problem

I've set a off line folder. I want that pc works in off line folder mode even
if the cable is connected and the connection function perfectly. How can i do
this?
 
Right click shared/offline folder click caching,click manual caching of
documnets, this answer helped you??
 
I search a configuration client side for working always in off line mode with
some shared folder even if the cable is connected.
The option you told me establishes that user can make available offline or
not the specific shared folder.
