Oepning more than one file

Hello All,

Using Excel XP.

When I open three Excel files at one time it shows the Microsoft Excel tab
on the task bar instead of showing me the individual files tabs. It did
this at one time but now just shows the Microsoft Excel tab. If I want to
see the 2nd file I opened I have to minimize the first file. How can I get
the gingival file names to show up on the task bar.
