OEM on Macbook with Boot Camp

Hi guys,
Against the odds, I somehow managed to put a dell OEM xp slipstreamed sp2 os
onto my macbook...and freakishly enough I like it. (although I'll still be
using Mac a lot, duh). Anyway...my issue is this. The OEM cd came with my
very ailing Dell Inspiron 500m with which the HD is about the die anyway.
Problem is, of course, it's still there. And in reality...I can't
really...."uninstall" it. Is there anyway I can just keep the computer
"dormant" (not on at all) and yet still be able to activate windows on my
macbook? Are the guys at Microsoft really nitpicky about this or are they
just happy that you're using windows on your mac?

thanks

A Dell OEM license for Windows XP is only valid when installed
on a Dell computer. It would not be valid for installation/activation
on a Mac.
