OEM Key change

we have new HP PCS with XP Pro. from one OEM -HP PC i run sysprep and took
image. Before sysprep i put all latest patches and SP2. now when i m running
that image on new PC it is not asking for new product key.
Now i want to change the product key on PC as per OEM license.

But unable to do. No method worked. i had more then 100 PCs with same
problem.Any easy way to do it on all

http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/keyfinder.exe Includes an option to
change the existing product key to a valid one without doing a
reinstall.

I already tried it and its latest version. but it say unable to update.
Please note that PC already have latest microsoft patches installed.
any other way?
