OEM Computer Manufacturer

Some time ago I asked if anyone knew how to make a file
that would change the "To be filled in by OEM" when you go
to START--PROGRAMS--Accessories--SYSTEM TOOLS--SYSTEM
INFOMATION, for the "System Manufacturer" & "System Model"

someone advised me that you couldn't change that but you
could make a file that would show all this information,
including even a graphic you could include when you right
click on "MY COMPUTER--PROPERTIES & under the GENERAL tab.

I think the file was an INI type file but I can't remember
how to make it. As I remember it was quite simple and was
made using WORDPAD. If anyone knows how to make this file
I would appreciate letting me know.
