OE6 to Outlook 3002

Is there a program that can walk me through converting from Outlook Express
6 to Outlook 2002? I use one Hotmail account and a few Comcast mailboxes
for email.

If there is not program I can use to convert; my first goal is to
export/import my OE addresses into Outlook's Contacts. HELP lists files
that can be imported from everything except Outlook Express! My Outlook
Express address book has Shared Contacts and Main Identity's Contacts. The
latter is the most important for me.

My second goal it to move all my folders and saved email over to Outlook.

Is this possible? I seem to need to be able to convert a .wab file into a
..pab or .pst , yes? I read where OE is a IE family program and Outlook is
an Office family program, but please tell me the Microsoft family didn't
create two email programs that can't cooperate.

When you first open Outlook it should offer to import OE accounts. Otherwise
use OE's Import/export menu. It will walk you through it.
