OE6 takes about a minute to start - then works fine ??

as above really, otherwise its fine, also if i try to edit the contacts list
that takes about a minute to start,
used to start instantly and should considering its an Athlon 2.4 with 1gb
ddr - eats everything else,
could something be corrupted??

I had this problem after I used "gpedit.msc" to disable
msn messenger from loading. When you are in OE, go to
tools then options. In the general tab there should be an
option "automatically log on to messenger". Uncheck that
and see if that fixes your problem.

Thanks for the tip - i dont have such a tab in Tools/options or anywhere
else for that matter -
any other ideas ?!!
