OE To Outlook 2003

I need to move current OE mailboxes to Outlook 2003, I have heard that I can
open Outlook 2003 and select import to import OE contacts/AB to Outlook 2003,
but then to Use Outlook Express' File menu > Export to export the messages
from
Outlook Express into Outlook. That way, the messages will retain their
proper dates, is this correct? I this way pretty straight forward? When I
export out the mail messages, do I need to do one folder at a time or will
all folderes come across if I select the root folder?

If there is a free tool to back up OE - PLease tell me as this is the reason
the users want to change so that they can use a simple back up of all work
related email and contacts by using the back up tool for Outlook, but if
there is a OE backup that I can get and install simply put this is the
easiest solution to this issue.

Yes

Completely

You get the option to either export All Folders or Selected Folders. Choose
"All Folders"
