OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail

I had a problem with my OutLook Exspress and the MSOE.dll
not loading at the intial click of OutLook. I wasn't even
able to open OE. So I went to the Micrsoft site and found
the answer. I think?????
I reinstalled Internet Explorer, and specified that Out
look was reinstlled, or patched too.
That worked on opening my OutLook, except now any
attachmnet that is sent with my mail get deleted, and the
email says"OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail". (attacment name)"
Any thoughts????

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
a MS Outlook Express or annexcafe.general.user2user newsgroup they may
offer more help.

If you want to see the attachment you have just received, click the Forward
button and the attachment will be visible in the message being prepared for
forwarding.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft Access, a database application.

In Outlook Express: Tools/Options/Security/scroll down and uncheck sentence
"Do not allow attachments to be,etc,"
