What do I do PLEASE!!!

What do I do PLEASE!!!

You don't do anything. Someone you know, who has your email address in
his/her addressbook, is infected with a virus, probably Sobig. You
should just delete the messages *unopened*. Be sure your Outlook
Express (if that is what you're using to read mail) is set to *not*
show the Preview Pane (be in the Inbox then go to View>Layout, uncheck
Show Preview Pane). Be sure you are running a current antivirus program
with updated definitions.
