OE error 0x80004005?

Anyone help with this problem : OE v6, won't send or
receive messages:

'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp',
Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Payment Required',
Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x80004005 Secure
(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x80004005

The server response of "Payment Required" sounds like you need to contact
msn and see if the account is in good standing.
