OE Contacts to Outlook XP Question

Tom

I have a user that has all her contacts (over 1000) in subfolders of the
address book in Outlook Express. When attempting to import these into
Outlook 2002, it says zero addresses imported.

I suspect it's because there are no addresses in the 'root' of the address
book just folders. How do I ensure that the folders (and contents) are
imported? It's important to keep the addresses in their respective folders.

Thanks,
Tom

Unfortunately, there is just no good way to do this since import will
only bring in the OE Contacts in the root folder. You will have to move
each subfolder's contents into the root folder and import them one at a
time. Then in Outlook you'll have to create similar subfolders and move
them.
