Does anyone have any recommendations for Outlook Express backup software? I
will even consider shareware (do I dare use that word here?)
WindowsXP Home and OE 6 or what ever the standard version may be.
TIA

Search on *.dbx. Save all these files to a folder (with nothing else in
the folder). When necessary, change OE Store Folder to folder above.

Rinse, repeat.

Google for "Outlook Express Quick Backup" -- works very nicely.

You might like the procedure in:
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/clone.htm

In particular, the optional Preparation phase solved my problems [I was
wanting to restore the OE stuff after restoring a partition
image--probably not your concern].

The procedure is very easy to follow and execute.

I have found the free software recommended by Tomsterdam and others to
be quite clunky.

Thanks BC,
I found it and I'm using it. So far it is doing what I wanted.
