OE 6 missig Accounts Tab

Under the Tols pull down menu the accounts tab is
missing. I am unable to change my account settings and
need help restorig its functionality. I tried repairing
OE via repair of IE withno luck. Any ideas out there.

Thanks, it worked great. I changed the key to zero and
lo-and-behold, I have an accounts tab.
