OE 6.0 "Unsafe attachments"

Recently began receiving msg
"oe removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail: xxx.jpg, yyy,jpg, etc."

What's causing this? I am comfortable with these
attachments and want to access them. How do I turn off
this function, and how do I access attachments removed by
this function?

Happening on both Win 98 and XP

Here is a slightly different link that should work,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];291387. If this link
does not work then go to http://support.microsoft.com and click on "Base
Article ID Number Search" near the top middle of the screen under "Search
the Knowledge Base". On the next screen type in 291387 in the box next to
the arrow and click the arrow.
