Oddities after re-install...

I had to re-install my OEM version of Office 2000 & now everytime I open one
of the office programs, the EULA agreement pops up.
Any suggestions?

every time that you start an Office 2003 or Office 2000 program

I did. But every time I open an office program, it comes up again.
