odd XP error message

Greetings...I had just installed a reader for a digital
camera and now there is a message which reads "'window
system error'-object name already exists" upon opening. R
or L click only makes the message go away - does not give
any kind of a dropdown, etc. Any thoughts as where to
start to rid myself of this annoyance???

To clarify >> Get new drivers from your hardware
manufacturers website.
