odd number font as default in Word 2002

When a new document is created, is there a setting
available so that all new docs created start with a
certain font type and size? Specifically, Times New Roman,
size = 13. Or is this a default behavior in Word that
cannot be changed until the new document is opened? Thank

You need to change the font formatting in the Normal.dot template that's
used to create new blank documents. See
