odd Autocomplete problem.

Hi,

Been scanning the forums for this problem, but have not found it in the same
flavor as I have. But do correct me if I am wrong. Ok, this is what is
happening:

One of our users types in the surname of someone and it autocompletes fine.
All working ok. If you type in the first name of the same name then it will
not autocomplete. Hope it all makes sense!

We are using Exchange 2003, and outllok 2003.

Is that recipient's display name in the format of "surname, firstname"? Is
this recipient internal to your organization or external?

The format is Surname, Firstname and the contacts are all internal.

One other thing I have noticed, is that some names allow you to either type
in the first few letters of either the first or surname and it will auto
complete. Very odd.
