Hello -

I was wondering if someone can help me with an ODBC connection I have with
an OpenLink Generic 32 bit Driver. Whenever I open a table using this
connection, it prompts me for a username and password to the data. I need to
be able to run reports at night and have the username and password saved.

In the Administrative Tools/Data Sources I cannot save the username and
password anywhere. The only option I have is "No Login dialog" box to check
or uncheck. When I check this box I don't get a prompt, but then the tables
don't open at all and it errors.

If anyone can help me at all, I can provide more specific information. This
is kind of a random question and I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Are you creating a limked table in Access? If you are, then you should be
able to use the Save Password option and Access will save the login name and
password. Also, create/use a File DSN instead of a System DSN. Unless Access
is the backend to this connection... if so, what is the front end?
