ODBC

I have been programming for a while now but have never
used ODBC. Could someone point me in the right
direction. I would like to start small and learn the
basics first.

Try in one of the "data" newsgroups such as:

microsoft.public.access
microsoft.public.data.ado
microsoft.public.vb.database
microsoft.public.data.odbc
