ODBC to Oracle

I am trying to set an ODBC link to an Oracle 8 database, but I seem to be
going in circles. I am using Access 2003.

I currently connect to these databases using two other program, Infomaker
and T.O.A.D. so I know I have access to these databases.

I've stepped through all the wizards and at the end of the process the Data
Source Name doesn't show up in the list of Machine Data Sources. I've even
tested the connection successfully. I've manage to get through this with
SQL Server.

Please Help.

Sorry: I am seeking a means to access telephone numbers and addresses, in an
internet search, and be able to store them for future uses. Good wishes on
your searches...Tarry
