ODBC query and elimnate from 2nd query

I'm trying to Query for a condition and eliminate matches
in a second query. Can't seem to get the unmatched query
to work.
 
Run the Unmatched Query wizard first.
See if it is close to what you want.
Then add the condition to filter out the remaining unwanted records.
