ODBC Components

We are using Windows 2000 Adv server. when we click on
ODBC option the error message is coming. "The ODBC
resource DLL (C:\winnt\system32\odbcint/dll) is different
version that the Administrative (c:\winnt\system32
\odbcad32.exe) you need to reinstall the ODBC componects
to ensure proper operation."
Kindly suggest
