OCX files

I wrote a database for my friend in Access 2000 in Windows
98. My friend uses the same Access version but runs in XP
Home edition.
He cannot run the database because a message saying Cannot
Find File MSCOMTC2.OCX appears and stops the program
running.
Neither my friend or I can find this file or any
information about it
Any assistance would be appreciated

Maybe you mean MSCOMCT2.ocx? Google corrected the spelling. You can download
the file from http://www.zerohack.it/downloads/components/mscomct2.zip .
Extract the ocx file out of the zip file into you "C:\Windows\System32"
directory.
