October 2003, Cumulative Patch" update

This e-mail was sent to me. I went to read it and
download the patch, but I scaned it first and it told me
Scan result: Virus W32.Swen.A@mm found. File not cleaned.
What should I do with it now??

This is the swen-virus. You should have your antivirus software
