OCASSIONAL BOOT ERROR : MVP required

Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible
causes of this error include insufficient security rights
or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists,
contact your network administrator.

Fine after reboot

obviously registry is backed up. But what is causing this problem.
Seen similar reports of this from other users.

Is it a Hard drive cache problem?

cheers

Thanks for the response.

But this is not a solution. The problem is intermittent and has only
happened twice in 4 weeks. I have seen many posts refering to this
problem from other users, without resolution. My guess is that it has
something to do with the disk cache.
