Obtaining a Windows XP Setup CD-ROM for an OEM installation?

Is it possible for me to obtain a Windows XP Professional
setup CD as I already have an OEM installation of it, but
don't have an official Microsoft XP Pro setup disc.
 
Only if your OEM gives it too you. Microsoft has nothing to do with it.
 
You can always buy one - but I'm not sure what your question means, really.

Ask your PC's manufacturer. No one else can provide you with a
copy of their OEM installation media.
