Obsolete system file

I recently created a limited user account but had to delete it.On trying to
delete the folders from explorer I got a message saying one of the files was
a system file would I like to continue, I cancelled. The other files/folders
seem to have gone so would it be safe to delete this defunct users system
folder?
 
Yes, I've just checked and there's just my admin account and the guest
account which is off.
