OBM should be able to receive telephone calls (voice mail) & faxe

Outlook Business Manager should contain the ability to receive faxes and
voice mail messages and place them in an inbox and also copy them to
individual accounts (based on some criteria -- name, telephone number, email
address, etc.). In addition the program should have the ability to notify
you via -- email, telephone call, pager or fax at another location indicating
that such a message was received and give you the ability to examine that
message from that different new location. Much of my contact work is done
via telephone and fax and having access to that information is vital.

My Outlook receives faxes and voice mail, but that's purely an
Outlook/Exchange feature. BCM doesn't control Outlook's ability to
receive messages. Ideally BCM should recognize the phone number the
message came from and automatically add it to the Contact history, but
I doubt enough small businesses receive such messages for such a
feature to bubble up to the top for the next version of BCM.

It should at least be smart enough to open a phone log when you initiate a
call from a contact with the dialler but it isn't.
