"object doesn't support this property or method" in MS Project Tutorial!

Client can't run the MS Project Tutorial, gets IE Script errors, "object
doesn't support this property or method"

Environment: NT4 network, WinXP Pro SP1 workstation, Office2000 SP3
installed, IE 6 SP1 with latest security patch, MS Project 2002 Standard is
having the problem.

This problem occurs while trying to run the tutorial. I've tried updating
MS Java VM to latest version, setting IE security to lowest settings,
disabling script debugging in browser, etc.

Any thoughts?
