I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003,Can I add a contacts to the "Outlook
Address Book"?
or Just I can do with the "Contacts"

The latter. The Outlook Address Book is just a view of your Contacts folder
and all manipulation of your contacts should be done through the folder.
