OAB not updating on caching mailbox

I have an Exchange 2003 server with Outlook 2003 clients in caching mode. I
am having a problem where the Global Address Book is not syncing groups to
the caching clients. When I add a new distribution group or hide/unhide a
group they changes do not reflect in the Outlook OAB. Is there a way to force
a manual update? Thanks

It should update within 24 hours, not minutes as before but there is an
option in send and receive groups, but it seems to get stuck and the only
fix is to delete the oab files and download new copies.
