i installed xp on a partitioned harddrive with win 98,
irecently deleted win 98 but i still see it in the
choices menu at the beginning of boot up how do i remove
it?

Dude,
Right click on "my Computer" and select "properties"
When the window opens up, select the "Advanced" tab. From this, select the
settings option in the "Startup and Recovery" section.

When the next window opens, edit the start up file manually, but make sure
that you only remove the line that relates to the operating system that you
want to remove.

HTH.

steve,

Start | Run | Type: msconfig | OK |
Boot.ini tab | Check All Bootpaths button
