nVidian drivers upposedly WHQL certified, but nv4disp.dll 'causing crashes

i assume that's one of the nvidia drivers. what can i
possibly do about this?

Had same problem. I was advised to try older drivers (43.**) - no luck. I
eventually disabled fast writes in bios- has been OK ever since and now use
latest drivers. (xfx geforce fx5200) worth a try.
