Nvidia GeForce 4 MX 440 8x question

Hello!

Does this particular video adapter card require active cooling (fan)?
Is there a way to attach a 2nd monitor to a S-Video Out instead of a TV set?
If the MoBo supports AGP 4x,what should be done or nothing and it would just
operate on 4x?
