nvdia geforce 8800 GTS

I have this graphic card and I have an error code 43.
I have tried to reinstall my driver with the nvdia internet page and with
the CDROM, but I have always this error.
I have made all that I can, but I don't find any solution.
Please help me => Never I will can play with game with this error !
